CBS Outdoor “Alive” appoints Head of Digital Trading

CBS Outdoor has appointed Russell Boyman to the newly created position of Head of Digital Trading.
 
Working within CBS Outdoor’s dedicated digital division Alive, Boyman will work on establishing effective trading platforms and maximizing outdoor share of revenue by pushing the unique capabilities that digital formats have to offer. He will particularly focus on building revenue from advertisers that have traditionally used broadcast media but would now consider digital formats because of the increased flexibility.
 
Before joining CBS Outdoor, Boyman worked at corporate trade company Active International where he held the position of Director of UK Media and Business Services. Prior to this he was also a Broadcast Partner at MPG working with clients in the TV market.
 
Nicky Cheshire, Director of Alive at CBS Outdoor commented: “Russell will help to make the process of buying the digital channels as simple as possible while exploiting the mediums to their full potential. Our digital network is growing rapidly and Russell brings with him a great deal of experience that will help to further strengthen Alive’s offering.”
