20th Century Fox moves £5m outdoor buying work
06 May 2009

The Fox overall media account moved to Posterscope's sister agency Vizeum from Publicis Groupe agency Starcom as part of a European realignment in 2007.

Last year, 20th Century Fox spent a combined £5.14m on outdoor media, according to The Nielsen Company, to promote its film and home entertainment divisions.

Posterscope is working on the Fox business on a trial basis and there will be a review of the outdoor planning and buying later in the year.

20th Century Fox has released a number of high-profile films this year including X-Men Origins: Wolverine, released last Friday (1 May). The outdoor planning for the new X-Men film is understood to have been bought by Posterscope.

Posterscope and 20th Century Fox had not responded to requests for comment by the time of publication. Gen Outdoor declined to comment.
